Who is eligible for Bill Pay?
Any Central Pacific Bank customer with a checking account and access to Online Banking is eligible. Learn more about Online Banking.
How much does Bill Pay cost?
$5.95 per month.
Bill Pay is free of monthly service fees if you have one of these eligible checking accounts:
Personal:
Free Plus Checking, Gold Choice Checking and Exceptional Checking Accounts
Business:
Non-Analyzed Business Checking Accounts up to the first 50 bill payments/month
How do I start using Bill Pay?
It's easy to sign up for our Bill Pay service:
- If you are not a Central Pacific Bank customer, stop by any one of our branches to open a checking account.
- Sign
up for Online Banking and Bill Pay.
- Log on to your Online Banking account and click on the “Pay Bills” tab.
- Follow the easy enrollment instructions on screen.
- If approved, the following day you can start using Bill Pay.
- Set up your payee and payment information and you're done!
