Central Pacific Bank has promoted the following individuals to vice president:
Francine Komine is Commercial Branch Manager of the McCully Branch where she is responsible for supervising the sales, service and operations of the branch. With more than 18 years of banking experience, Komine also served at other local financial institutions as branch manager and customer service manager. She resides in Ala Moana.
Winifred Lee, LOC/DOC/File Management Manager, oversees letters of credits in the bank’s documentation center and file management. Lee has worked for a number of local banks where she oversaw operations of corporate documentation and letters of credit. Lee lives in Pearl City.
Lance Ming is the Product Manager and oversees the bank’s consumer products. He previously oversaw product management at American Savings Bank and also served as Retail Strategic Analytics Manager and Market Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing concentration from the University of Washington and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. Ming resides in Kaneohe.
Kenneth Saiki, Direct Marketing and Promotions Manager, runs the bank’s direct marketing and promotional activities. Prior to CPB, Saiki served as Vice President in marketing and marketing copywriter at other local financial institutions. A graduate of Purdue University, Saiki lives in Downtown Honolulu.
Jeanette Silberstein, Assistant Loan Operations Manager, oversees the loan booking, accounting and loan servicing departments. She previously served as loan servicing manager and other managing positions of accounting and consumer lending at several local financial institutions. Silberstein is a resident of Hawaii Kai.
Jerome Tsuda, Senior Cash Management Officer of the bank’s commercial deposit team handles the bank’s commercial deposits and commercial lending. With more than 30 years of experience in international banking, private placements and Hawaii marketing, Tsuda also holds a master’s in business administration from Sophia University. He resides in Aiea.
