Small business owners looking to buy their own commercial property or purchasing equipment/machinery to expand their operations can learn how to obtain a long-term fixed-rate U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan at the free seminar, SBA 504 Loan Program: Helping Small Businesses with Big Plans.
Presented on Wednesday, April 7 at Central Pacific Bank (220 S. King Street, Suite 1100A) or Wednesday, April 14 at the Filipino Community Center Ballroom (94-428 Mokuola Street, Waipahu), the seminars are from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Seating is limited. For reservations, call (808) 544-3637 and specify which location and date you prefer.
“Even if you are not seeking financing now, small business owners can see how the SBA’s 504 loan program can help to finance commercial real estate purchases, building improvements, or machinery and equipment purchases for your business,” said Susan Utsugi, Senior Vice President and Region Manager of Central Pacific Bank. “Plus, this SBA program offers a low down payment, a competitive fixed rate, longer terms and local loan servicing.”
Presented by Central Pacific Bank, Colliers Monroe Friedlander and HEDCO Local Development Corp., the free one-hour seminars will feature commercial real estate consultant Mike Hamasu, Director of Consulting and Research of Colliers Monroe Friedlander, who will discuss current and projected performance of commercial real estate sectors, national and local investment property performance, market conditions, and the forecast for year-end market dynamics of office, industrial and retail property. HEDCO LDC’s Training and Marketing Manager Lori Hiramatsu will cover the benefits of the SBA 504 Loan Program for small businesses.
