Central Pacific Bank (CPB) has promoted Christine Daleiden to Senior Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary.
In her position, Daleiden is responsible for advising and assisting with legal, compliance, corporate, regulatory, and risk matters.
Daleiden has more than 20 years of legal experience and has been with Central Pacific Bank as Legal Counsel since 2011. Prior to joining CPB, she was a Financial Institutions Specialist for the State of Hawaii, Division of Financial Institutions, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Daleiden also practiced law in California in a general civil litigation firm, and in Palau as Chief Legal Counsel. Daleiden has a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University.
Daleiden serves on the Board of Editors of the Hawaii Bar Journal and is a frequent contributing author. Daleiden currently serves as a committee member for the Hawaii State Bar Association’s Delivery of Legal Services to the Public. Daleiden has also been a Lecturer in Law at the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law for the past five years.
