Forgot your password?

If you forgot your Online Banking password, a temporary password can be sent to the email address we have on file for you.  If you don't have an email address or did not update your email address with us, please contact our Customer Service Center at 808-544-0500 or toll-free 1-800-342-8422. 

Once you click on the Reset Your Password link at the bottom of this page, you will be sent to a page with a Login ID and Password prompt. Once there, follow these simple steps:


Step 1: Enter your Login ID.

Step 2: Click the Forgot Your Password? link.





Step 3: Select: Click here for a new password.




Step 4: A confirmation message will appear directing you to check your email for a temporary password. Once you log-in to Online Banking with your temporary password, you will be able to change to a password of your own choosing.
