Important Information about Your Online Banking Service

As previously announced, we’ll be introducing a new online banking system next month that will add powerful new features to make your banking more convenient than ever before. Come back to this page periodically for updates about the exciting new service in the coming weeks.

While we transition to the upgraded system, please take note of these important points and key dates:
 

11:59 pm HST Monday,
March 18
Cutoff time for scheduling internal transfers through Online Banking until our upgraded service is available on March 25.
10:00 pm HST Thursday,
March 21
Access to Bill Pay will not be available until our upgraded service is available on March 25.  All bill payments scheduled during this time will be paid and processed as usual.

New and improved service available to take care of your online banking and bill payment needs.
 

 

NEW ONLINE BANKING AGREEMENTS: We have amended and restated our online banking agreements and are providing you with advance copies of the new Personal Online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement and the Business Online Banking Terms and Conditions Agreement. These new Agreements will be effective on March 25, 2013. You can download an electronic copy by clicking on one of the links below.

TEMPORARY PASSWORD: In a few weeks, you will be mailed a temporary password that is different from the one you currently use. To access the new system after March 25, you will need to log in using this temporary password. You may change your password to one of your own choosing thereafter.
 
TRANSACTION HISTORY - We will carry over transaction history from January 1, 2012 to the new system. If you need a record of your transactions for a longer period, please download your history prior to March 25.

SCHEDULED TRANSFERS - The cutoff time to schedule future-dated transfers is 11:59 p.m. HST on Monday, March 18, 2013. All online transfers scheduled before this time will be processed and paid as usual. On March 25, all of your previously scheduled transfers will be automatically carried over into the new system and you can begin scheduling new transfers.

ONLINE BILL PAYMENT - Bill payment service will be temporarily unavailable starting 10:00 p.m. HST on Thursday, March 21, 2013 and will resume service on March 25. Please make sure to schedule or make your bill payments before March 21. All payments will be paid as usual.

MOBILE BANKING - A new service that will be available on March 25. It provides a convenient and secure access to your account information through your mobile device.

QUICK TRANSFER - You will now have the ability to make quick transfers from your account detail page.  Learn how.

ACCOUNT NICKNAMES - Your account nicknames will be retained. If you would like to create new or edit your nicknames, it can easily be done within the service.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR ACCOUNT SCREEN - You will have the ability to organize your account screen how you want to see it. It's a simple drag and drop method just using your mouse. Learn how.

ONLINE STATEMENTS - Enroll in Online Statements for a safe, secure and easy way to receive your statements. Get your statements delivered faster than through the mail.
